What a blessing you are. Sharing your precious gift with others in such a down to earth wonderful way. I am a beginner at the age of 66 and struggling every day to rise above some health issues, I am blessed to have found you and your teaching videos. The first one I did was the bunny and it was so good I couldn't believe I did it.
